Aaron joined Austco in 2007, bringing with him over 10 years of extensive Sales / Sales Management knowledge and experience both Nationally and Internationally.Aaron plays an important role in acquiring, developing and managing top quality Channel Partners to cover the high demand that exists across Canada to sell and implement Austco solutions.
Aaron’s many prior achievements and strong track record have allowed him to successfully manage and provide continuous improvement strategies for Austco’s Reseller network.
Annette McDowell - Manager, Technical Services
As Manager of Technical Support for Austco Canada, Annette is responsible for the day to day co-ordination of all areas of Technical Support, Inventory control, and pre-sales support for Austco Canada.Annette has built a solid reputation for successfully leading the Austco Canada technical support team to provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions for client-escalated issues. During her 5+ years at Austco, Annette has maintained a strong customer focused approach ensuring quality, customer satisfaction and that productivity measures are met.
